With the Directors Portal there are no hidden fees and no user fees. For the low cost of $39/month, your company will have unlimited access to the Virtual Boardroom. Sign up as many directors as you like, upload as many documents as you need. All users are granted a one month trial with full capacity usage.

What happens after the free trial?

At the end of the 30 day trial, you will be given the option of entering your billing information. All of your online transactions will be retained and your usage will continue without interruption.

Annual Billing Discount

Accounts that are paid on an annual basis receive a significant discount. Select the option of annual billing and enjoy a low annual fee of $400. That's a 17% discount to the monthly billing cost!

What if I would like to cancel?

Should you decide to cancel your subscription, Directors Portal maintains a simple, no questions asked cancellation policy. Simply select the cancel subscription option in the settings panel. Your account details will be saved for three months, should you decide to reactivate your account. After this time, your information will be permanently deleted.
